In the presence of the INAZ HE: attendance solution, installed on your servers, you can, by downloading this app, take advantage of all the advantages reserved for device users (Android smartphones / tablets). You will be able to clock in even when you are out of the office, also communicating the activity you are carrying out, from the comfort of your device.

Here are the main functions:

Device side

• Virtual stamping with GPS position sending

• Virtual stamping using NFC tags

• Virtual stamping through QR code

• Off-line stamping: possibility of stamping without necessarily having to be connected to the network

• Position accuracy management

• Indication of the activity

• Verification of the stampings sent for the configured serial number

• Verification of position and stamping on Google cartography

• NFC tag writing (only if authorized)

• Possibility to confirm the stamping through biometric validation

Server side

• Control of the position with respect to that foreseen with anomaly signaling in case of excessive distance from the authorized area

• Verification of the position and registration of employees

• User-based attendance configuration management
